Past Chairman of the Board of the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) and board member of the GeoExchange Organization (GEO).

Nearly a decade of experience in the Canadian small cap public company space, focusing on financial reporting, serving as corporate secretary, and providing listing and general accounting support.
Operational and management expertise, including financial planning and analysis.
Fifteen years in both private and public company spaces, with a broad experience across health tech, biopharmaceuticals, cannabis, and clean tech industries.
Leads the accounting, financial reporting, legal, planning, regulatory, and strategic functions.

Initially worked with SHARC Energy Systems as a contractor, contributing to the development and installation of the first SHARC systems. Joined in 2016 as Production and Maintenance Supervisor at the Vancouver headquarters.
