SHARC Announces Agreement with Frontier Refrigeration & Mechanical Services Ltd. to Represent SHARC Energy Systems in Manitoba Markets

Vancouver – (June 12, 2018) – SHARC International Systems Inc. (CSE: SHRC) (FSE: IWIA) (OTCQB: INTWF) (“SHARC”) is pleased to announce that it has entered Sales Representative Agreements (“Sales Agreement”) with Frontier Refrigeration & Mechanical Services Ltd. (“Frontier”).
Under the terms of the Sales Agreement, Frontier has been authorized to sell Vancouver based SHARC products throughout the Province of Manitoba, effective immediately.
