SHARC Energy Heat Supply Agreements
Why a Heat Supply Agreement?
In a SHARC Heat Supply Agreement, the equipment doesn’t cost you anything
You have no upfront capital expenditure to find, price certainty and sustainable energy, all in one package
What is a Heat Supply Agreement?
A Heat Supply Agreement is like any other energy supply, costs are based on usage of the energy
At first, we do a site feasibility study so you’ll see how well the SHARC system will perform at your site
The costs of heat energy
The costs are offset by the energy savings you gain, capped against the market giving you price certainty
Installation & Maintenance
Installation, servicing and maintenance are included in the price of the Heat Supply Agreement
Building types we supply
SHARC Energy Systems are suitable for most commercial building types, both new development and as a retrofit solution.
Green buildings can have a lowering effect on staff sick days, improved productivity, Lower Carbon Emissions & cleaner air at the site
Heat Supply Agreement
SHARC Energy Systems supply heating and cooling energy to businesses, public buildings and commercial properties through heat supply agreements. It works much like that of any energy supplier to your building such as electricity or gas, but the main difference is that you are paying for the end product and not the initial fuel source, your energy is renewable and sustainable… and it’s price competitive too.
Included in the heat supply agreement are the costs of design, installation, service & maintenance, and the supply of equipment, so businesses require no upfront capital expenditure to install the energy supply.
Renewable heat energy at no additional cost
When entering into a heat supply agreement the equipment installation doesn’t cost you anything. So you have no upfront capital expenditure to find- it is funded and paid for throughout the term of the agreement.
What is a Heat Supply agreement?
Think of a heat supply agreement like any other energy supply, like gas or electricity, you are connected and charged based on usage of the energy. When entering a heat supply agreement, SHARC becomes your heating and cooling supplier.
Feasibility study & building types
Before entering into a heat supply agreement, we conduct a site feasibility study to ensure you’ll see the financial benefits and to determine how well the SHARC system will perform. This study can then be quickly followed by a full report containing a cost & savings model so you’ll see how much you’ll save throughout the agreement.
SHARC systems are suitable for nearly all building types both new development and as a retrofit solution.
In any installation through a heat supply agreement, we guarantee our systems will Lower Carbon Emissions. There is also anecdotal evidence emerging that is indicating green buildings have a lowering effect on sick days and health benefits from the cleaner air too.
