Wall Centre Central Park
Wall Centre Central Park is a two-phase real-estate development in Vancouver, Canada. Phase 1 contains 700 residential units and incorporates a Sharc 660 system, commissioned in July 2017. Phase 2 contains 350 residential units and implements two Piranha T10 units, commissioned in July 2018. These systems use heat from the buildings’ wastewater to pre-heat incoming cold water. This helped to reduce the development’s energy demand and carbon footprint, thereby contributing to its LEED® Gold certification.
